Not a lot of people know this story so you’re in for a treat!

On March 15, 2014, Edgar and Tessa met while both out with their separate groups of friends at a nightclub in Chicago, previously known as ‘Castle’. Edgar went out on a spontaneous night with his boys after a friends wedding and Tessa was there for a girls night out. Tessa first noticed Edgar across the dance floor and thought he was the most attractive guy in the room. To her surprise they actually had mutual friends at the nightclub that night and one of his groomsmen, Mike Wong, was the one who introduced them officially. They kept in touch for a couple of months after they met and occasionally saw each other when their friends would go out. Finally on June 22, 2014, Edgar & Tessa had their first official “solo hangout” at Kuma’s corner, a burger restaurant in Chicago. They then spent the night finding out how much they had in common, shared their goals & aspirations in life, and ended up talking until the restaurant closed. Exactly 3 months later on September 22, 2014 Tessa & Edgar finally became “official”. They spent the next 8 years falling in love, becoming best friends, and the greatest partners in life. And now, 2 fur babies later and a house later… on September 24, 2022 they are ready to make it official!
